Website Script Installation
SubmissionHome provides web script installation services. We can install open-source and commercial scripts based on PHP/MySQL. While ordering an open-source script installation we will download the up-to-date stable script release and install it. For commercial scripts, please purchase the script first and then submit order for installation service. You will then need to provide us with the required files and information to properly install the script. We do not resell commercial scripts (we can only provide the installation service).

What's included:
Standard: Script installation only.
Premium: Script installation and customization of banner/header/footer to include your own business logo and information.
Included in Install Service:
1. Configure paths and URL's necessary to make the script functional.
2. Create necessary directories and files.
3. Upload the script to the server.
4. Set the permissions required by the script and server.
5. Test to make certain of a successful installation.
6. An email with the instructions on how to access your script.
Please note: The script will be installed in it's "new" state (no custom coding). Customizing the code in the scripts is time consuming and there are many variables that can result in the malfunction of the script which would then create time intensive debugging.
If the script does not work, you will not be charged. Please verify that your server requirements are met before installation starts. If you are not sure, please contact us.
The Client has a total of 7 business days to review and test the installation. Any problems found withing this time period will be fixed without additonal charge. Any problems found after this period will fall under billable time at $15 per hour.
If the Client changes or customizes the code in the script, within the 7 day review period, the review period is void and any additional fixing/work requested will be billable time.
Custom Coding: We may be able to accomodate your request for custom work. However, please contact us before submitting order to request a quote on any customization of the scripts' design/code.
We value your privacy and data. All information provided to us is confidential. If you require, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once installation is complete, all client information will be deleted from our hard drive.
Terms of Installation:
- Our fee covers ONLY THE INSTALLATION of the script and not the price of the script itself or any other costs such as hosting, add-ons, etc.
- This is NOT a contract
- Installation will be done within 24-72 hours (but usually must faster!).
